David is a registered professional engineer, certified general contractor, and certified roofing contractor in the state of Florida. He graduated from The Citadel with a BS in Civil Engineering, but also has an MBA, BS in Mathematics, AS in computer Science, AS in Science Surveying/Science, and is a Certified Public Manager. David’s extensive background includes surveying and nuclear engineering. He has structural engineering experience and was a construction project manager for the Florida Department of Transportation where he managed over $300,000,000 in roadway and bridge construction projects. Dave is the recipient of the prestigious Davis Productivity Award for the development and implementation of a computer program to track and calculate earthwork densities which subsequently saved the state over $350,000 annually. David works closely with all aspects of site development and construction and has close ties to the equestrian community.

Chris graduated from the University of Florida (GO GATORS!) with a BS in Construction Management. Prior to becoming a principal at Pegasus Builders, he was a Project Manager at Boran Craig Barber & Engle Co. and Anderson-Moore Construction. He has managed over $40,000,000 in various projects. Chris has expertise in custom residential estates, commercial construction projects, HUD subsidized living projects, and in constructing the first GOLD Certified LEED building in West Palm Beach. He prides himself on maintaining close relationships with all homeowners and developers in order to ensure the job is delivered efficiently to their specifications and within budget.
Edmund C. Sacco
Equipment and Labor Supervisor
Ed has worked for various construction companies before finding his niche at Pegasus Builders. His history and experience in the business makes him an efficient worker. He is bilingual and well equipped to handle the many tasks that come with every day projects. He is extremely organized, which has led to his quick promotion to Equipment Supervisor. Above all, he is quick to point out that he is grateful to work with and learn from the best in the business, and Pegasus is equally as grateful to have him on board!
Yazmin Jimenez
Office Manager
Yazmin is the office manager at Pegasus Builders. She is instrumental in making sure that all client inquiries are handled efficiently. In addition, she organizes and maintains all administrative tasks. She is extremely efficient with all computer tasks, and maintains meticulous records for all projects. As an added plus, Yazmin is bilingual and is able to communicate effectively with all our english and spanish speaking clients.
